HairMatch AI Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HairMatch AI ("we", "us", the "App") governing your use of our virtual hairstyle try-on service. By using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

What the App does

HairMatch AI generates AI previews of haircuts, beard styles, hair colour and eyebrow shapes on a photo you provide. The results are computer-generated approximations to help you explore looks before visiting a barber or salon.

AI-generated content

• Previews are illustrative, not guarantees. Real-world results depend on your hair type, your stylist, products and technique, and may differ from any render.
• Do not rely on the App for any decision where accuracy is critical. It is provided for personal, non-professional styling inspiration.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use.
• Don't use the App to create misleading, harmful, infringing, or unlawful content, or to impersonate others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• You must meet the minimum age described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your photo and return your requested previews, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your images.

Credits & payments

Some features may require paid credits. Prices and what a credit includes are shown at the point of purchase. Except where required by law or an app-store policy, purchased credits are non-refundable once used to generate a render.

Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and generation depends on third-party AI services that can be interrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from styling decisions you make based on the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
